Round and strong on the mouth with strong tannins. Long, round and complex aftertaste.

Intense garnet with terracotta hints.
Aromatic and spicy wine with smoked touches and forest fruit aroma, ripe strawberries, plum, black cherry and hints of coconut.
Game, stews, chocolate with lots of cocoa, turkey, pork, morel, grilled vegetables and spicy Asian dishes.
Terroir
Grape harvested in the Mendavia surrounding in plots located at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters. The vineyards have the perfect balance to allow harvesting the grapes at its best ripening stage.
The low yields per hectare allow us to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine.
Vinification
Selected, de-stemmed and partially crushed grapes, with a high proportion of full berries and a maceration period of 15 to 20 days with daily over-pumpings. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 23 – 26º C.
Aging 2 years in French and American oak barrels and subsequent refining in bottle.
